AWPA Meeting Registration

Register to attend the meeting by March 25 for early registration discounts, or pre-register before April 15.  On-site registration will be available, but at higher rates and only if space is available.

Getting to Orlando

Serving over 47 million passengers per year, Orlando is served by Orlando International Airport (MCO). Spouse/Guest Registration

Each person accompanying a registered attendee (a spouse or any guests) must be registered to attend the receptions. A badge is required for entry to all AWPA events.

The 115th Annual Meeting commences with the Presidentís Cosplay and Cocktails Reception. Come as you arenít! You are invited to don your favorite creative character ensemble or feel free to dress in the Muggle manner! Connect with friends or make new ones while we enjoy magical Polynesian hors díoeuvres and beverages.

On Monday, Guests selecting the Scavenger Hunt Adventure will meet at Universal Studios to explore both theme parks where imagination has no limits and Superheroes, Dinosaurs, and Dragons can be found right around the corner! This fun day will include a team scavenger hunt, lunch inside the park, and all-day park to park access.

A come-and-go Breakfast will be available in the hotel on Tuesday for registered spouses and guests. As always, we look forward to seeing you at the Awards Reception on Tuesday night.

The 2019 Hacker's Classic Moves to The Golf Club at Walt Disney Palm Golf Course

We are very pleased to announce that the famed Walt Disney Palm Course in Orlando, Florida, has been selected to host the AWPA 2019 Hacker's Classic Golf Tournament.   The Tournament will be held the morning of Sunday, May 5, 2019 just before the start of the AWPA 2019 Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida. The Hacker's Classic will feature a scramble format, shot-gun start, with prize events on all 18 holes. For this yearís tournament, some exciting new events have been included that will provide participants an opportunity to win a brand-new set of Taylor Made irons, $5,000 in cash, and a new Mercedes-Benz!! A BBQ lunch and transportation to and from the course will be provided is included. Donít forget to sign-up for the Hacker's Classic when you register for the AWPA Annual Meeting.
