2006 AWPA Technical Committee Meetings:

Note: The deadline for proposals for new standards
or changes to existing standards is 45 days prior to the
commencement of the meeting of the subcommittee with jurisdiction
over the standard. All comments or suggested modifications of proposals
shall be sent to the proponent of the proposal at least 20 days prior to the commencement of the meeting.
Hotel Reservations
The meetings will take place at the
Hyatt
Regency Hotel in
the Crown Center area of Kansas City.
The group rate for the meeting is $115 per night (single/double) for
a standard guestroom. Other room types are available at
discounted rates for meeting attendees. State and Federal
government rates may be available to those who qualify.
Each person is responsible
for making his or her own hotel reservations. Please note
that AWPA receives discounts and complimentary meeting room space if
our attendees are staying at the host hotel. This enables AWPA
to keep its registration fees at a reasonable rate. For online

American Wood Preservers' Association Fall Technical Meetings.
The cut-off date for hotel reservations has passed, but some
rooms may still be available. Meeting Registration
Registration is open to members and non-members at the same
rates. Registration entitles one to attend all technical
committee meetings and the nightly AWPA hospitality suite.
Meals are not included. Please note that registering for the
meeting does not automatically reserve a room for you at the hotel.
You must make your hotel reservations individually.
Pre-registration has closed. Please bring your registration
form and payment of $120 to the AWPA desk in Kansas City.
